General Safety Overview (required: initially & when things change): Module provides a general overview on environmental and safety issues for non production employees. An introductory training for production employees, to be followed by detailed training according to job responsibility. Status: Available. Runtime: Approximately 25 minutes.

Fire Extinguisher Safety (required: annually): Module covers training subjects required under OSHA's fire extinguisher requirements (29 CFR 1910.157). Module can be used for all employees annually. Hands-on training is recommended as supplemental training. Status: Available. Runtime: Approximately 20 minutes.
Hazard Communication (required: initially & when things change): Module covers training subjects required under OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200). It targets prepress, press and postpress employee responsibilities. It also covers Personal Protective Equipment (29. CFR 1910.132) and Basic Emergency Response (29 CFR 1910.38) for production employees. Status: Available. Runtime: Approximately 30 minutes
Lockout/Tagout and Electrical Safety (required: initially & when things change): Module covers the training subjects required under OSHA's Lockout/Tagout Standard (29 CFR 1910.147). Module can be used for affected and other employees. Used as an introductory module for authorized employees, if it is followed by training in specific lockout procedures. Status: Available, Runtime: Approximately 25 minutes.
DOT HAZMAT (required: every 3 years): Module covers the training subjects required under EPA's hazardous waste generator requirements (40 CFR Part 261). Module targets production employees of Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators and Small Quantity Generators. It can be used for Large Quantity Generators, if it is supplemented with more employee training specific to their responsibilities. Status: Available. Narrated: Yes. DOT HAZMAT Security (required: every 3 years): Module covers the responsibilities of production and warehouse employees while preparing shipments, loading, and unloading hazardous materials. This module is required in addition to the DOT HAZMAT module. Status: Available. Narrated: Yes. Runtime: Approximately 15 minutes.
Hearing Protection (required: annually): Module covers annual training requirements in OSHA's Occupational Noise Exposure Rule (29 CFR 1910.95) when workplace noise exceeds threshold levels and a Hearing Conservation Program is required. The module covers the basic anatomy of the ear and how it works; different types of hearing protection; how to use and care for hearing protection; lifestyle contributory factors; and elements of a typical Hearing Conservation Program. Hazardous Waste Management (required: annually): This module covers the topics required by EPA's annual training requirements for Large Quantity Generators. It is also applicable to Small Quantity Generators or Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators as an option or when required by state regulation. This module covers the types of lithographic printer hazardous wastes, how to manage them onsite and prepare them for shipment. Prepress Personal Protection Equipment: This module covers PPE in the Prepress Department. Topics covered include: PPE selection based on hazards or tasks; how to use PPE; and proper handling and storage of PPE. Status: Available. Narrated: Yes. Runtime: Approximately 10-12 minutes.
